The city has been abandoned. No humans live here. About 9 years ago, a horrible and destructive disease spread through here, affecting all the humans. Those that were not infected, had been in hiding and weren't able to come out due to the The Infected, who fed on those that were uninfected. The Infected, or Imari's, only came out at night. Staying in side during the day was imperative and was your only chance of survival. Eventually, the healthy, or the Dun's, were killed off completely, creating a mass of Imari's. The disease didn't affect dogs or animals and so the only living things that had made it and now roam the city. The government claimed it was nothing more than a 'gas leak', but news spread around the world about the infection. As more news came out, it was known that a lab being created underground of Miracle Hopes Medical Hospital, had been creating experiments on animals, and one of their experiments had gotten lose, and bitten someone. To cover up the lab's mistake, the government ordered that the city be demolished and destroyed. The animals had managed to hide while gas filled the streets, killing the Imari's. But the thing is, how far did this disease spread? Is it only in the city? Or did it spread to the outskirts? No one really knows for sure. Now, 2 years later, the dogs are the only ruling species in the city. No remains of humans are around as everything had been disintegrated over time from decay. But there's one thing the dogs don't know. The S Virus had morphed and mutated, causing the Imari to actually still thrive and whats even more scarier, the Imari are beginning to let the dogs get glimpses of them. Will the Imari go back into hiding? Or will they start to attack the dogs?
Several questions remain: What exactly was that lose animal that escaped the labs? And are the Imari making themselves known??Will you find out?.

Welcome to Forgotten Canines, an intermediate stray dog roleplay. In our terms, intermediate is defined as a bare minium of 200 words per post and nothing less.
The plot line of this roleplay takes place in a time where humans have dissipated from the face of the earth, leaving behind canines as the only surviving race. To get a full understanding of the plot, please do take the time to read over it located to the left of this table. At the mentioning of reading, please be sure to read up on the rules, as well all know that they are the basis of any good roleplay. That said, enjoy your experience at Forgotten Canines!

If a character of your has bred with another dog successfully, post here and an admin will get back to you as quickly as possible with the new puppies!
If you want a mini plot for one of your characters with another person or a few people then come and tell us about it here and people can ask to be apart of it and you can choose who you want to be apart of it too.
All of the free land boards are inside here. Free lands are different lands that anyone can come to. Doesn’t matter of your characters alliance. Just make a open or privet thread and wait for someone to post.
This is where the city dump is. It is a good source of food, but often the vehicles come to load more rubbish onto this landfill site. Be careful not to get hit, the damage could be fatal. This is also a good place to hide and find brilliant places to stay warm.
